- Indigenous well-being program and outreach– building on our individual bundles, participants will gain culturally relevant life skills and knowledge including home management, budgeting, safe meal preparation, self-care, and cultural skills.

- Annishinaabemowin (Ojibwe) Language Classes, Kanien’kéha (Mohawk) Language Classes
- Intergenerational Indigenous Cooking Kitchen – This program will engage seniors, parents, caregivers, youth and young children from the community with healthy eating and interactive cooking activities that help promote healthy lifestyles. The sessions will incorporate seasonal meal plans with traditional Indigenous teaching and the connection of planting, growing and harvesting food from Mother Earth.
- Culture and Language Outreach Indigenous Early Years Outreach offers programming and supports for families who live in the Hamilton Mountain area. This program provides families with better access to Early Years Services. Families can access free transportation to attend early years programs and activities at the Biindigen Hub. We also offer early years activities at a variety of partner agencies in the Hamilton Mountain Area at no cost.
- Language App – The Kidwenan App has been created by Niwasa Kendaaswin Teg. The app is available on both Android and Apple platforms. Kidwenan offers Ojibwe Language learning activities for the beginning speaker. It also has interactive educational activities, children songs and contained cultural teaching
- Cultural Safety and Awareness – Cultural safety facilitators will provide professional learning for non-Indigenous service providers working with Indigenous families. The Blanket Exercise and a Cultural Safety Toolkit (developed by Niwasa) will be utilized as a reflective practice for ongoing learning.
- Men’s Bundle – A program for dads, grandfathers, uncles, brothers and their children. Participants will receive traditional teachings on the roles and responsibilities of men as it relates to family and child development. Men and their children will participate in hands-on activities, knowledge sharing, and education to support the development of physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects of healthy family relations.
